BODY WRITING


Body Writing is my signature framework for embodied processing and trauma resolution. Body Writing pulls elements of somatic trauma resolution, IFS Parts Work, Somatic Experiencing and journaling, and weaves them into an intuitive process unlike any other, that’s as gentle as it is insanely powerful. 

If everything you’ve tried has left you feeling deeply unseen, at odds with or afraid of your body and like you’re just too tender and sensitive, Body Writing is your lifeline to come home to yourself and bloom post-trauma.
