Body Writing is my signature framework for embodied processing and trauma resolution. Body Writing pulls elements of somatic trauma resolution, IFS Parts Work, Somatic Experiencing and journaling, and weaves them into an intuitive process unlike any other, that’s as gentle as it is insanely powerful.Â
