Hello, I'm Jennifer - writer, author and highly intuitive INFJ empath. After healing myself of an experience with covert narcissistic abuse by writing my story, I developed my Body Writing process to bring sensitive womxn who feel their emotions intensely into more compassionate relationship with their bodies, stories and selves. I'm a Certified Somatic Trauma Integration Coach, Somatic Writing Coach  and Taurus rising Cancer moon - very into somatics, beauty and feeling.

A weekly somatic writing and healing circle. 

It can feel daunting to connect with your body and heal what it holds. In this seasonal writing circle, you'll put pen to page and practice giving your body a voice, writing to evocative prompts taken from song lyrics. Inside an intimate community of the best humans - all sensitive writers - you'll feel, heal, resolve held trauma in gentle layers and reconnect with your creative voice.
