That struggle makes sense. There's a lot of noise in the world about what you need to know before you start writing and how to write "correctly." 

You want to reclaim your story and writer bloom, but without bringing your body on board and writing from there, the story that wants to be written will never make it to your page.

I've felt stuck there too.

I held a story I wanted to write for years, but I didn't know where to begin or how to start generating pages. 

 

As an intuitive somatic writer, shaping a story externally never made sense for me. It never worked or felt good. And trying to write alone left me feeling blocked, uninspired and frustrated for a really long time.

I knew if I didn't give myself permission to write from body, in my own voice and in the way I loved that my story would stay locked in my body, because that's exactly what listening to all the noise does to us: it keeps us blocked. It keeps us from finding our true story and enjoying writing it.

I am a writer who has lived with complex trauma for most of my life. Writing my story from my body has always been what makes me feel bloomed on the inside. It was my own longing for a space to practice this and keep me accountable that led me to the Write Your Story solution.

Your body knows what to write. 

Once you drop into your body and start writing toward your story, the story that wants to be written will reveal itself to you. 

 

Write Your Story is a weekly writing circle. We begin each circle with a somatic drop-in to help you quiet your mind and enter your body. Then we do a timed write to an evocative prompt that will help pull your story forward. You won't be sharing this writing, so you can feel safe to go wherever feels right or creatively risky on your page. 

After writing we'll make time for Q&As, where you can get answers from me on the questions that come up for you as you write – and get inspiration and clarity from others' questions too.

Write Your Story is a low-stakes, high support writing practice circle where you can make true progress and feed your writer heart within a beautiful group. You should be prepared for lovely, significant shifts – in how you relate to your body, voice and story.

This is your space for inspiration and support. 


You'll be guided each week to somatically drop-in, write toward your story and find clarity on what your story truly wants to be.

While trauma-informed, Write Your Story is intended to be inspiring, generative and fun. You never have to worry about reading what you write; this is a space for you to enjoy gifting yourself time to prioritize writing your story. As for the questions that come up for you as you write? Write Your Story is a monthly writing circle with no commitment other than the commitment you make to yourself and your writing.

Once you complete your purchase, you'll receive a welcome email with all the details you need and for as long as you stay in the circle, you'll be auto-billed monthly so you can stay focused on your writing and bloom. 

Then each Monday before our circles you'll receive an email with the zoom link to join.

I’m glad you asked.

I'm Jennifer - Certified Integrative Somatic Trauma Therapy Coach, Somatic Writing Coach and highly sensitive INFJ empath.


I've been helping sensitive writers resolve somatic trauma and come home to their bodies by writing what their bodies hold since 2019.

I am a life-long writer, cptsd survivor and lived with chronic conditions for most of my life before learning to write from my body to reclaim my story and bloom.

I am an award-winning, self-published author with a half Masters in Creative Writing. My work as a Somatic Coach centers self-exploratory writing that gives honest voice to what your body holds. I have a gift for helping sensitive writers liberate their voices on the page.
